I love the convenience of shopping online because things can be shipped and ordered with great ease; It’s really simple ordering online and anyone can do it. Last month, I learned the hard way. I decided to buy a small air conditioner for the garage. My garage is usually hot and humid, because there is no way to cool the air. Lately, I’ve been busy with a project in my garage. I’m building a new nightstand from pine. I’m excited because it’s my first woodworking project. It’s been truly strenuous working in the heat. I decided to buy a small air conditioning unit to help cool the air in the garage. So, I went searching online for a couple of hours before I made my purchase; Unfortunately, I didn’t realize I had three air conditioning units in my cart. I clicked the one button ordering system. It automatically uses my saved information and bills the credit card on file. It only takes one click to complete an order. All three air conditioning units were charged to my credit card. I never realized I ordered more than one air conditioner, until they arrived. I immediately called the dealer to explain the confusion, and since I bought the air conditioning units at a discounted price, they were hesitant to give me a refund. I tried to tell them it was a simple error, however, they still refused to give me a refund. I had to speak with an administrator and that’s when I found someone to help with my issue. The administrator agreed to refund the purchase price of the air conditioning units only if I mailed them back the same day. At the end of the day, the new air conditioning equipment works perfectly.
