I have a very new heating and air conditioning in our home! I spent a lot of currency on it as well, then for the last two or three months it has worked pretty well, until recently, but recently I had discovered a major concern with the airflow of the heating and air conditioning, but my hallway due to unknown reasons was getting a bunch of heat pumped into it! I have already had the air conditioning on a bit lately as it has been a little tepid outside, but why our hallway was getting heating instead of cooling was the confusing part. I understood fully that there may have been something wrong here, but this is when I called the heating and cooling supplier that installed the Heating and Air Conditioning system. I told them what was going on. Then, they looked at our history and told me that I had heating and cooling zone control. I did not even understand what they meant! They went on to explain, that the system I got can make all different areas of the apartment temperatures. After I did this, I then observed that I had an additional thermostat on the wall of the hallway! That thermostat was not even on at all. This was the reason that it appeared that I was getting heating in the hallway. I thanked the heating and air conditioning supplier for undoubtedly explaining all of this to me. I felt as if a real idiot in the beginning, but at that point in time, I changed on the thermostat in the hallway, and now it was cooling off. I will not make that error in overall judgement ever again!
